We are a group of six MBA students divided by our different business majors but bound by the shared

passion and unwavering commitment to promote a healthier, more balanced lifestyle in a fast-paced,

modern world.
In an era dominated by the relentless hustle culture, we've often found ourselves engrossed in pursuing

our dreams, inadvertently neglecting the most vital aspect of our lives - our health. NutriOptimize was

conceived as a collaborative passion project, fueled by our collective journey towards self-improvement

and our shared enthusiasm for wellness.

Our stories paint a vivid picture of our dedication to this cause. Take, for instance, Shilpi, who discovered

that not only did traditional sources of nutrition provide her with vital sustenance but also connected her

deeply with her cultural roots and identity. Then there's Manan, whose transition to hostel life prompted

a quest for quick and easy recipes that would enable him to maintain his health and fitness while being separated from the comfort of home. And, of course, there's Kishlay, whose decision to go Vegan as a

New Year's resolution unveiled a world of possibilities, demonstrating how a simple change in one's diet

can contribute to the planet's well-being.

I have been a foodie for as long as I can remember. This passion has led me to pursue and specialize in Food Technology. Now, here I am in the corridors of NMIMS, still keeping my passion for food alive just as strong. 

I am a blog writer for this website. I am grateful to deliver you the content that is curated to the nutrition needs of everyone. Currently pursuing  MBA at NMIMS, I am a self-proclaimed health freak. I take every opportunity to promote a healthier lifestyle to those around me.

One of my impressive experiences was successful completion of a 21 km of marathon. I embarked on this challenging endeavor to promote and share not just about physical endurance; it was a testament to his deep understanding of the importance of a balanced diet and healthy living. With my studies at NMIMS , I am not only gaining valuable business knowledge but also promoting wellness and inspiring others through my nutrition blog.

Rooted in animism, my profound connection with nature blossomed during my childhood while tending to the exquisite garden lovingly cultivated by my dear grandmother. This passion for the natural world flourished, leading me to niche hobbies such as crafting terrariums and nurturing snails as I matured.

 

In 2018, at the age of seventeen, I made a conscious decision to adopt a vegan lifestyle as a testament to my deep reverence for the environment. Over nearly six years of following a plant-based diet, I've not only reduced my carbon footprint by an impressive 76%, but I've also enjoyed the benefits of a healthier lifestyle, relishing the abundance of nourishing, fiber-rich plant-based foods. Today, I write to enlighten others for the rewards of a transformative journey I've embarked upon, both for myself and our planet, through the adoption of a plant-based, cruelty free, vegan diet.

As an MBA student specializing in General Management, I'm on a mission to bridge the worlds of business acumen and data-driven insights within the realm of nutrition and wellness. My journey began at ZS Associates, where I cut my teeth as a Decision Analytics Associate. There, I delved into the intricate world of pharmaceutical strategy optimization, collaborating with various clients to make their decision-making smarter and more data-informed.

Now, as a student pursuing my MBA, I've harnessed the strategic skills and knowledge required to navigate the intricate maze of today's healthcare landscape effectively. This journey has not only broadened my perspective but also equipped me to provide evidence-based insights that empower individuals on their health and wellness path.

I am an MBA student studying in NMIMS. Throughout my life, across Cricket, public speaking, MBA and software development, there was always a need for me to optimise my performance. Nutrition played a very key role in this apart from the other fundamentals like sleep, water and exercise.

My focus in this blog is to cut through the noise in the nutrition space and bring to our readers the most efficient and easy to implement tweaks in diet that would help optimise performance, mood and life.
